HOW TO USE:
Step 1: Coat applicator brush generously with GrandePRIMER.
Step 2: Apply one to two coats of GrandePRIMER to clean lashes in an upward motion as you would mascara, base to tips.
Beauty Tip: When using with GrandeMASCARA, try applying GrandePRIMER on one eye first and then immediately follow with GrandeMASCARA without moving on to the next eye. This prevents drying and makes for easy application. Primer goes on white.
